Dr. Harper received his dental degree from the Ohio State University School of Dentistry in 1979. He was a general dentist in the Air Force for three years. He completed his Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery training at the Ohio State University in 1986. Dr. Harper is active in local, state and national organizations. He is a Diplomate of the American board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and a fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Harper served as the Program Director for the University of Cincinnati Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Residency Program from 1991 to 1998. Dr. Harper feels that it is important to continue to learn and improve his surgical skills by regularly attending continuing education courses, in addition to his previous education.
